• Managed facility in Singapore and set up emergency manufacturing in Malaysia for critical components of fortune 500 customer.

• Identified greenfield location and launched project to build major manufacturing presence in China for major corporation.

• Worked with PE groups to identify candidate acquisition targets to expand ability to serve regional customers more effectively.

• Full P&L responsibility running a manufacturing facility in the US. Transforming a older facility and driving continuous improvements across all manufacturing functions.

• Drove initiatives to continuously monitor and improve key operational metrics (revenue, coverage, utilization…)
